KSrelief and Tkiyet Um Ali Launch Fresh Meat Distribution Project for Vulnerable Families Across Jordan

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief), in partnership with Tkiyet Um Ali (TUA), launched its 2026 fresh meat distribution initiative to support vulnerable and low-income families across several governorates in Jordan. The campaign began in Karak, where the initial phase reached 189 eligible households in close coordination with local community partners.

Dr. Nayef bin Saleh Al-Shammari, Director of KSrelief’s branch in Jordan, noted that this initiative complements the Centre’s broader humanitarian portfolio aimed at strengthening food security for households facing acute hardship. He reiterated KSrelief’s dedication to working alongside local partners to ensure relief aid reaches eligible families efficiently, with dignity, and in accordance with core humanitarian principles.

Tkiyet Um Ali highlighted that this rollout follows a comprehensive schedule across the Kingdom. Subsequent phases will expand to support eligible families in Ajloun and Madaba, bringing the total reach of this phase to 652 households registered in TUA’s social assistance records.

Expressing gratitude for KSrelief’s sustained humanitarian partnership and vital contributions to food assistance programs, TUA reaffirmed its commitment to advancing equitable access to food for communities in need nationwide.

This joint initiative underscores an effective humanitarian alliance between KSrelief and Tkiyet Um Ali, dedicated to addressing food insecurity and promoting living stability for vulnerable communities across Jordan.
