Tkiyet Um Ali Signs, and Renews its Cooperation Agreements with a Number of Institutions from the Private Sector.

Tkyiet Um Ali and Jordan River Foundation signed a cooperation agreement with Jordan River Foundation. The agreement aimed at empowering women and young individuals, as well as protecting children and families. The partnership agreement will also provide TUA’s partner CBOs with the needed training opportunities. 

Tkyiet Um Ali also renewed its cooperation agreements with Petra Investment and Trade Company, Jordan Islamic Bank, Nabih Al Nabulsi Drug Store, Samsung, Pepsi Jordan, Safwa Islamic Bank and BLOM Bank - Jordan with an aim to support its sustainable food aid programs.

Volunteer March Event

295 Volunteers Participate in Tkiyet Um Ali’s Volunteering Programs During the Month of March

A total number of 295 volunteers from Tkiyet Um Ali’s partner institutions participated in various TUA’s volunteering programs during the month March, showing their commitment towards social responsibility.

193 volunteers from Haqiq Initiative and Luminus Technical University College participated in the Food Parcel Packaging Program at TUA’s warehouses in Al Qastal, where 19 volunteers from the Jordan Customs Department took part in the Food Parcel Distribution Program in Madaba.

During the month, volunteers from Estarta in addition to individual volunteers served hot meals to passers-by benefiting from TUA’s Wayfarer program.

Moreover, 13 individual volunteers participated in the Field Visits Program during the month and helped in assessing the endorsement applications.      

Year-round, Tkiyet Um Ali offers 12 volunteering programs to both individuals and partners.

Tkiyet Um Ali Participates in DIHAD’s 16th Edition

Tikyet Um Ali participated in the 16th edition of the Dubai International Humanitarian Aid & Development Conference & Exhibition (DIHAD) which was held from 12th to 14thof March, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai. 

Tkiyet Um Ali’s participation in the conference came with an aim of establishing partnerships with international organizations, NGOs, relief and humanitarian agencies.
